Not sure what you mean. You could send it as a Show (pps) although anyone who
has a Powerpoint rather than just a viewer will still be able to open it and
see the notes. Or do you actually want to remove the notes completely? If so
there are others here on the group that would help you.

VBA isn't required to remove notes under 2007.

Just click on the Widows icon, Prepare> Inspect Document. From there, make
sure that 'Presentation Notes' is selected (last option) and click
'Inspect'. If there are notes in the presentation, the next dialog will offer
you a button to "Remove All"

No problem. I had just noticed that the other day. I was setting up some
custom document properties, and happened to notice the 'Inspect Document'
option. That, and the option to find off-slide/hidden content looked useful.
Although, I wish once it identified the off-slide content that it would allow
you a way to locate where they exist in the presentation, instead of just
listing the number of items it found.

It's not important to me, at least not at this time (and I could probably put
together a macro myself to do so if it became necessary). And a little bit of
testing suggests that it may not be as necessary as I had thought. I had
originally thought that valid off-screen content might be there because it
might be animated to enter(with a motion path,e.g.), but a quick test
revealed that any object off-screen set to animate, even if the animation
remains completely off-screen, will not be included in the shapes found by
using that function. So I wouldnt' be as worried about using the 'Remove All'
function as I had originally thought.
