Trying to run incompatible Setup.exe on XP from CD-ROM

I have a CR-ROM DIY (Home Improvements) program that explicitly states
the setup.exe won't run on XP - only Win9x. Can I find a Win98
emulator that will work anyway? I've tried setting the Compatibility
tab to Win9x settings but that doesn't help.

simple answer is the one you already have

the setup.exe won't run on XP

IF there was a way to make it work they would probably tell you since a 98
only program ha very little value!
