Trying to open file from email.

I am trying to download an Access file sent to me via email.
I am using Access 2002 and have Norton Antivirus 2005 on my system.

I when I attempt to open the file I get error message

"The file you are trying to open is outside your Intranet or on an untrusted
site.
Access will not open due to potential security problems.
To open the file, copy it to your machine or to an accessible network
location. "

How do I copy this file to my machine?
The file is in email. I have copied it to "My Documents"
And I have tried saving to a disk.

You can't copy this file because Outlook blocks it. It is built-in and can't
be change. You will need to receive the mdb file as a zipped file.
