when i try to install the upgrade, word and excel will install and work.
access shows as an icon in the start menu but clicking on it, or trying to
open a table created previously in access, results in a message which says it
can't start because there is no licence for it on this machine. i checked
that there is appropriate software already installed in order for the upgrade
to work and there is - i've got microsoft publisher, corel wordperfect 2000
and lotus 123 already on the machine. the microsoft support team says the
whole upgrade package is definitely compatible with windows xp2002 home.
so has anyone got any ideas?
