Trying to find USBCD001

Hi:
OS WinXP
New Toshiba computer

Need to download the file "USBCD001".

Trying to make a boot disk for my USB2
external hard drive to run some programs in Dos.

This is what the config file looks like:

[config.sys]
device=himem.sys /testmemff
devicehigh=usbaspi1.sys
devicehigh=di1000dd.sys
devicehigh=usbcd2.sys /d:USBCD001
LASTDRIVE = Z

I have all of the files but the USBCD001.

Been to BootDisk.com but no luck.
Also did a search on Google. Some
talk about it but couldn't find a place
to download it.

Any help in finding a download site in
English would be appreciated.

This is rather CD drive label freely chosen like BANANA or CD01.
Autoexec.bat file should have the line similar to "mscdex.exe /d:USBCD001"
and the mscdex.exe file should exist on the diskette.
