Trusted Zones

I have a GPO with Trusted zones listed in a W2K server, XP client
network. when I look at the settings in GPMC for the GPO under trusted
zones it has a list of zones A, B, C. when I go into GPedit and look
at the security settings for trusted zones it only shows A, B no C.
where is GPMC picking up the trused zone information and why would it
be different in GPMC and GPedit?

If I add a trusted site to the GPO it shows up in IE when I logon as a
user in that OU, when I delete a trusted site, it is not removed when
I check IE with same user. Why would trusted sites not remove
themselves from the clients?
