Trusted Sites GPO not coming down

This is the tenth time or so i've posted a message on a board(for
serveral different issues over the years) and i've never got a response
good or bad. Let me try to explain:

My GPO settings for trusted sites are not appearing in the browser. I
read something from Tom Che from M$ about using the RSOP MMC to examine
the policy. However the trusted sites part of the RSOP output is all
grayed out.

Anyhow, how can i get the treusted sites to come down to the XP SP2
clients?

The seczone.inf file does not show the trusted zones even though
thepolicy seems to apply!

Are you using IE Maintenance policy to set the trusted sites or are you
using the IE Admin. Template policies in XP, SP2?

The adm that came with sp2.

Ok. Well, first off you won't see the sites appear in seczone.inf since that
file is used only by IE Maintenance policy. Second, make sure that you
restart all instances of IE on the client where you're testing this. The
policy requires IE to be restarted. 3rd, try running rsop.msc on the client
where you're testing this and see if it sees the correct site information.

Well actually ive added the sp2 adm but am using the ie maintance for
setting the trusted sites.

How about trying to set them through the ADM and see if you get better
behavior.

Please enlighten me, where can i added the trusted sites i require?
I've only seen that in the ie maintance section under user config.

Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Security Page\Site to Zone Assignment List

The Explain text on that policy will explain how to fill in the data.

Thanks Darren, That did the trick.

However i tried to set the default home page and the browser title
using the ie maintenace and that failed. What can i do to fix this!
