Trusted Zone problem

Hi all

I am having some problem with my internet explorer so i am in need of some
help

the thing which happened to me was that the "sites" button in the Trusted
Sites is greyed out and all the sites which i open are treated as trusted
sites.

so please help me out with this issue

First, do a malware cleanup.

Then, fix the actual problem (1).
"Sites" button and "Custom Level" slider are grayed out in Internet
Options - Security tab?:

Then, fix the actual problem (2): Type in Start/Run:

IE4UINIT.EXE

Logoff and login back.

i solved one problem with the step you told me

but still i am not able to delete that site "*.finefine.nettraffice.biz"
from trusted sites list

so please help me out with that
