"Trusted Site" prompt while adding Restricted Site

While trying to add a site to MSIE Restricted sites list
I got a "Windows AnitSpyware Notice" prompt saying:

"A new Internet Explorer trusted site requires your approval"
"Internet Explorer allows trusted sites to run with lower
security settings .....

Trusted Site: freenet.de "

etc.

Is this a bug in MS Antispyware, or a tricky spyware/virus?

Bug. (really--I've seen it myself, and it's been posted here a number of
times.)

You should confirm that the correct action has happened--but in my
experience, it has--it is simply the message itself which is wrong.
