trust problems

I have this pc in my network and I want to give this domain user
admnistrative privileges for this pc. It says that there has been a
trust conflict and not able to do it. How can I fix it? it just does it
for this pc. Every other pc works fine.

I'd try un-joining and re-joining the workstation to the domain.

But first, make sure the computer is actually connecting (not just logging
in with cached credentials). Could be as simple as a DNS issue.
