Truncation of data in views

I am attempting to copy data from a view into an excel
spreadsheet. The problem is that when I highlight the
information in the view, copy and paste it into excel, the
fields with a large amount of data (greater than 50
characters) get truncated.

Is there a setting in Outlook that will allow me to have
all the data be included in the field and would also allow
me to copy it completely into excel?

To accomplish that, you would need to use the normal Import and Export
wizard or write code to perform the export.
