Troubleshooter won't run - Script error

Running Win2000 and IE6 and trying to run the hardware
troubleshooter from CD ROM/Properties/Hardware/Troubleshoot

Result: "Internet Explorer Script Error" An error has
occurred in the script on this page.

I've alreaday set Internet Security Options to default
levels for all zones.

Any ideas?

Result: "Internet Explorer Script Error" An error has
occurred in the script on this page.

You should be able to fix this by locating the file TShoot.inf (which
should be in the hidden directory %windir%\inf), right-clicking it,
and then selecting Install from the context menu.
