trouble with remote assistance

If you are having the problem of not being able to offer remote
assistance to a client computer and you receive the following error
message:

has closed connection to your computer

(notice, there is not a username)

and the client is never prompted to accept the assistance, here is a
posslble solution.

It seems to be a Nvidia driver. I verified this by loading/unloading
the Nvidia driver versions 5672 and 5216. Remote assistance would
work every time with the earlier driver and would not work with the
later driver. Driver 5303 was the latest driver that I have that
works.

Correct. This is the same problem that causes Remote Desktop users to
automatically log out after they log in.. :(
