David Brookes

When I attempt to login into a specific machine using Remote Assistance -
Remote Assistance prompts me for a username, password and domain - it does
not login me automatically into the PC - this is the only PC that this has
happened - can someone please help?

Remote Assistance [RA] or Remote Desktop [RDC]. AFAIK RA is configured on
the novice desktop when they create the invitation. With RDC there is a
group policy setting that can be enabled/disabled to always prompt for a
password. Its set on the RDC host PC.
