Trouble sending mail but not recieving ?

Hi. Im trying to set up my web based email using my
outlook express, I can recieve mail but cannot send mail.

This is the error that i recieve when trying to send an
email to (e-mail address removed).

"550 not local host connekt.ca, not a gateway"

I have no idea how to fix this.

Any ideas?

Set up authentication to your outgoing server on the "Outgoing Server" tab
for your account.
