Trojan.Virtumnde?

I have a trojan that has stopped my PC Error Fix from opening, want let me
update anytype of virus remover or download a new one. I have Norton and the
malware (something) I can't remove them or update them. I have Windows
Defender and wen it allows it to run it finds 2 or 3 that I remove then it
ant let the pogram run again it just freezes up. Everytime whe I finally get
online this page comes up and says my computer may be at risk & System
Protector is going to run (This is the problem) I didn't download this & I
can't get rid of it. The address on the page whe it comes up is
(url.adtrgt.com/CPV.jsp) anybody know how to help
