trojan horse

Hi! I've done a virus scan thru housecall and I do have
the trojan horse downloader.F. How do I get rid of it?
I can't just delete the file, it says it's in use. the
file it's located in is
C:\documentsandsettings\owner\applicationdata\eber.exe

I've done a search here at Microsoft.com and did the
suggested scan and removal tool, but it says I don't have
the virus. HELP! Thank you!

Why are you using housecall?their going to tell you, that
you have something so you'll buy their trash.Do you have
an antivirus????If you don't GET ONE NOW!!!!!Go to
windows update page

and check for updates and load them! Then go back look at
the 123 steps to protect you computer,I suggest you look
these over!Check out step 3 antivirus,computer associates
offer a FREE year and a firewall FREE.All you need is an
E-Mail address for them to send the password code
to.
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/protect/windowsxp
/antivirus.aspx
this is the address if your to lazy to go thru, computer
associates FREE for a year, click it and run it thru, get
it open it check for updates, and run it,if you have a

Try going to start---control panel---internet option---
then delete files(check box for off line content)clear
history, delete cookies--->>>>>sometimes there in the temp
file, you get them from Porn Sites, when you delete
files,cookies,history,they go away with them.
