Trojan Horse Help

hi,
i have an XP prof edition SP2 wit AVG antivirus ver.7(latest) , Ad Aware, n
Spybot. ..all are updated regularly.
recently my avg has been showing regular virus alerts stating "Trojan horse
downloader.Istbar.5.AQ "
i always choose the option of deleting the file but sure keeps on coming
again n again as some diff file...n i think in
folder..C:/documents/administrator/... i don't actually remember,
is there any way of actually getting rid of this problem??

Also, I think that the OP is based in or near Delhi, India.. which of the 12
techs awaiting will you send on this job?

And one more point.. these newsgroups exist for computer users to get free
advice, without prejudice, from those more knowledgeable people, many of
whom are gainfully employed in the IT industry doing specialist jobs..

... then along comes Mr. AdwareDoc, touting for business, affronting those
