Trojan horse downloader

Hi

Have become infected...urggh...with a trojan horse downloader (dyfica.t.) which my antivirus kit has pretty much got rid off except in my c:/program files/internet optimizer/optimizer.exe file! I can't seem to budge it from there, nor delete the file as it is protected. How do I go about getting rid of this bug forever!

You can use Spybox S&D to get rid of it. U can delete it
by terminating its process in the Task Manager, and then
delete the whole folder.
