trojan horse downloader agent.ac

My system tells me that I have a trojan horse downloader
agent.ac "System Volume Information\_restore\ex... but
when I go to get rid of it and go to open the System
Volume Information folder I get an Access is denied I am
the admn of this PC

You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.
The virus has infected your System Restore folder (system volume information).
