Trojan and popup infection

My PC has got infiected with some form of Trojan/spyware thatI cannot get rid
of. AdAware/Spybot/Microsost Defender/ HijackThis and eWido anti-malware
have all failed. Here is my Hijack this log the problem lines are the F2
ones, any advice would be great:
