Translating MOV Files To Something WMM Will Support

S

I have an Olympus Stylus Verve digital camera with video capture abilities.
It uploads nicely to my computer, and plays in quicktime and can upload to
youtube fine.
The only problem I have is that there is no way for me to edit it.
WMM won't accept the type of file it is.
I think it's a MOV file.
Does anyone know how to translate the file so WMM will let me edit it and
stuff?
I'm rather new at this and not super awesome at a computer, and help would
be really appreciated!!
Thank you so much.
PLEASE HELP!
