Digital Camera Movies .mov to PP

Need to import my short digital movies taken with my
Olympus digital camera into powerpoint presentations. Not
techie and not sure what I need to do this. PP will not
allow me to insert file: Quicktime movie .mov? that my
camera creates. I have found reference to Quicktime Pro.
Don't want to buy a program unless I know it will work
for my purpose. Please advise?

Yes, QT Pro will let you convert to something more to PPT's liking.

You might also see if your camera software gives you any options to save to any other formats.
