Video clips in PowerPoint

Guest

I'm trying to insert video clips that come from my digital camera into a
PowerPoint presentation. They have an extension of .mov, and PowerPoint says
that it does not support that file type. I can view them in Quicktime.

What's the best format of video clips to use to insert into PowerPoint. My
limitations are my digital camera, and I think they save them in the .mov
format.

Thanks for any assistance.

Are you sure they are quicktime files? Sometimes digital cameras use "mov"
as a file extension for all "movies", though they usually output mpgs. Try
to change the file extension to .avi or mpg and see whether you can insert
them into PowerPoint then.

Best regards,
Ute
