transferring pics into XP using Kodak Easyshare

When I transfer pics from my Kodak Easyshare 6490 into
the computer it sends the pics to the correct folder but
also automatically creates the same pics as a background
for Windows. Does anyone know how to turn off that
feature? I do not want all of my pics to be
backgrounds.

By default, all files in your "My Pictures" folder and subfolders are
available as "backgrounds".
If you do not want them available as background, make a new folder and move
your files in this new folder.
