There are several options that you can do. You can follow Michael Koerner's
advice to create an autorun CD (Or use package for CD if you are using
PowerPoint 2003),
or if you don't have a cd-writer, save the presentation as a normal
presentation file, then send it to the email,
or you can even save in a .exe format.
