Hi,

I am just starting to use Word 2007. In Word 2003 I had made some of my own
templates and macros. Is there a way to transfer them to Word 2007?

Thanks in advance for advice.

Just open a 2003 template in Word 2007; then click the Office button and choose
Convert. Save the template as a .dotx template (if it doesn't contain macros) or
a .dotm template (if it does have macros).

There won't be any problem with styles or formatting in the templates. Whether
the macros need changes depends on what they do. Most simple macros won't have
any problems, but you'll need to test and probably rewrite ones that deal with
custom toolbars and menu entries, AutoText, and some options.
