transfer personal outlook folders to new pc with office 2003

I want to transfer all of my outlook folders from an old lap top to a new
one. Both programs are MS office 2003 running on XP. How do I do it stepp by
step.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
