Transfer of Thin Client Licences to New Server

Have a 2000 Server with 10 ThinClient Licences
Have now bought a new 2003 Server which is to replace the
2000 Server. My Question. Can the 10 licences be
tranfered - and what is the proceedure?
As the licences are not OEM I presume this is possible.
We do not have a seperate Terminal Services Licencing
server - this is installed on the 2000 server which is to
be replaced.

If you switch your license server over to Windows 2003,
then you are going to need to buy new Windows 2003 TSCALs
and issue them fresh to your thin clients.
