Terminal service on two pdc servers on same domain.

I have two servers, one running Windows 2000 Server and
the other, Windows 2003 Server. Both are PDC on the same
domain. Both are running terminal services in application
mode. last year, the license server was put into the
windows 2000 server and 20 licences were purchased.

With the above configuration, is it necessary to purchse
new licences to use with the terminal services server on
the windows 2003 server? If so which licence should be
purchased? Should I add a new licence server for the
Windows 2003 server - or does the one which resides on the
2000 server handle all terminal services licences?

Please help

Yes, you will need a 2003 server CAL and a 2003 TS CAL for every
device or user that contacts the 2003 TS.
You will also need a 2003 TS Licensing server.
W2K Licensing Servers cannot handle 2003 TS CALs, but the other
way around is no problem. The reason is that 2003 has a new type
of licenses, "Per User" or "Per Device". Which type is most cost-
effective for your organisation depends on the number of users
versus the number of workstations that you have.
