TRANSFER EMAILS FROM JUNO 5.0 TO MS OUTLOOK 2003

I currently have over 1,000 emails stored in Juno 5.0, which is a computer
based
email account, and Juno tells me that the only way to transfer them to MS
Outlook
is to forward all my emails to Juno 7.0 web based account one at a time,
than download into MS Outlook! As you can imagine, this would take forever
and I would lose my capability to search by 'received from email address'!
Does anyone know of a program OR better way to accomplish this task so I can
start using Outlook? I don't want half of my emails in Juno and the other
half in Outlook for obvious logistic reasons.

computer-based email account? Are there other kinds?

I think it could be done as a 2 step process. There is a utility to convert
juno 5.0 content to mbox format used by Eudora. Then you can import Eudora
email into Outlook.

From my understanding there are two types of 'email accounts': web-based
like Yahoo where the emails are stored on the central server; and
computer-based like Juno where the emails are stored on one's personal
computer.

Does anyone know of a utility that will do this in ONE STEP?
Is Eudora freeware or does one have to pay for it?
