"Top preview screen" Vista Home Premium

Instead of seeing the whole incoming e-mail message I only see the top part:
From, Date, To and Subject. I have to enlarge message to be able to see it or
to send a message. How to correct?

( Menubar ) click VIEW > click LAYOUT > under Preview Pane, click the box "
Show Preview Pane ", Also click the box " Show Preview Pane header " > click
OK
