Through the Index.dat file, but it will need a third party to Unscramble the
code.

Network Administration is discussed in depth in several microsoft
conmunities. Understanding things like "Thin Clients" and "Performance
Logging" are beyond the scope of a single newsgroup reply. Try posting in a
more specialized group.

If you just need some easy to use filtering, there are things like

Hi Ramana,

If you want to see also control where the employee go in your company,
just put in place a proxy server (e.g. squid proxy for linux) and
redirect your traffice through that. Also if you use Squid Analisys
Reporting Generation tool (SARG) that will will sort the information
for you. If linux is too hard for you then you can use microsoft's
solution call ISA server. I never used it so I cannot explain how
that works.
