Too many users under C:\Documents and Settings

Is there a way to combine all settings from Adminstrator, All Users.Windows
and "Mychael1" into just Adminstrator and "Mychael1" (computer name).

Some how I ended up with these 3 and it's annoying. I don't want to reformat
(WAY too much work), on my other computer I have just, All Users and my name.

I want to move all the settings from All Users.Windows to Adminstrator and
delete All Users.Windows even though it is a Windows system folder.

Remember I don't want to reformat, I really really like the way everything
else is set up.

You should have:

All User
Default User
Local Service
Network Service
Your Own Account

On one computer I have
-Administrator
-All Users.Windows
-Mychael1
-(hidden) default user
-(hidden) local service
-(hidden) network service
but on the other its just
-All Users
-Digital
-(hidden) default user

Why does one have more than the other? I installed them the same or at least
tried to.
