Multiple "All Users" accounts on Documents and Settings

I did an XP reinstall and my computer now has two "All Users" accounts in the
Documents and Settings folder: the original "All Users" and another entitled
"All Users.WINDOWS".

Two questions:

(1) Is it safe to delete the original "All Users" account, and

(2) Is there any way to rename or re-create the new "All Users.WINDOWS" back
to its original "All Users[no extension]" name?

I dont know the answer but to find out you should make an image of your c
drive then try deleting the account in safe mode and see what happens. As
long as you have an image you can try anything you want.
