Hi All

I just made a new install of Raid 0 on a freshly formated partition.
In the documents and setting folder i have , all users folder , all
users.windows folder , and Carl folder.
The all users folder is empty and everything is going to the all
users.windows folder.
I have installed windows XP Pro many times , but have never seen that all
users.windows folder before.
Why did this happen ? I tried moveing things to the empty all users folder
but it won't let me move certian folders , and i canot not delete the all
users.windows folder , but i can delete the all users folder . (which i have
not done)
How do i get everything in the all users and get rid off the all users.
windows folder,or am i stuck with this arangement ?
Thanks All

This means that you did reinstall Windows and the user profiles were
rebuild during that procedure. You can delete the ALL USERS folder
from the Safe Mode.

Hi Thorsten
Isn't there anyway i can get rid of the All Users.Windows folder and have
the Usual , All Users folder ?
The Normal foldersare usually my name and all users.
Thanks again for the comeback.

Reinstalling Windows may do this, but I do not know if a repair
reinstallation will do it. See "How to Perform an In-Place Upgrade
(Reinstallation) of Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315341) for details about how to
repair Windows.
