Too many tool bars showing in Outlook

I want to consolidate the 6 tools bars, (gotten from add-ons into 3 tool
bars), plenty of room of right side of the top three to do so, but when I do
click and drag they will not be saved or stay the corrected way upon closing
the program. When I reopen Outlook the 6 tool bars reappear in same old
position taking up too much screen space. It is just as though I had never
changed their position in previous session. How can I make their new position
the default? Fred

Correct. Add-in tool bars generally are not repositionable.
