Todays email from MS?

Terry

Hello all,

I recieved an email from MS Corporation Internet Security
with an attached patch file which Norton flagged and
removed as a virus

Norton AntiVirus removed the attachment: p151660.exe.
The attachment was infected with the W32.Gibe.B@mm virus.

Was this a bogus email?

Thanks in advance

This realy ticks me off. Is there anyway I can trace
this or turn it over to my cable company so they can
track it down?

I would think that Microsoft would be interested in this
as well.

Terry;
As you saw in the link, Microsoft is aware of them.
You can right click the message, click Properties and see the full
headers.
All the details of origination.
You could send that information to the senders ISP.
However often that information is forged and the sender has nothing to
do with it.
Other times the sender unknowingly has a virus that sends them out.
