Hi

Can anyone please tell me how to stop todays date
printing in the bottom left corner of every page on an
email.

i.e I have printed a mail sent on 21 July 2003 but
todays date is shown in botttom left corner and I dont
want it.

There is no date or anything shown there in the email
itself, it is a default add in to the print.

Many thanks

Go to the File menu and select Page Setup and Memo Style. Select the
Header/Footer tab in the resulting dialog box and delete the [Date
Printed] marker.

Hope this helps
