Hi

Can anyone tell me how to hide or remove the todays date
that is printed in the bottom left corner with HTML
format messages.

i.e. I have a message sent on say 1/1/04 which is shown
oh the mail info on the top but todays date also appears
in the bottom left corner and I want to remove it.

Many thanks

Go to File | Page Setup, select the print style you're using, then the
Header/Footer tab. You can remove the date stamp there.

Thanks Jocelyn,

I have done that and it works fine with plain text
messages, but mails formtted in HTML, despite removing
all header and footer formatting, still stamps todays
date in the bottom left corner.

You eill need to change the Explorer page setup to remove the date stamp.
