To view notes without the audience seeing the notes on the projector screen.

I have read the information provided about dual monitors. From my
understanding the information provided indicates that you can use two
workstations to view your notes without the audience seeing the
notes. I would like to do this only using one workstation or laptop.
If someone could provide me with all the steps involved on your
workstation and what steps are required in PowerPoint 2003.

I am afraid you have misread the information (or read the wrong
information). Dual monitors generally refers to once workstation/laptop
with two monitors (often one regular monitor and one projector). Check
