To many XP accounts....

I'm managing several PCs at an internet cafe, one PC as of the last
week or so, has under Documents and Settings far too many accounts it
would seem. The Administrator and Cafe accounts should be there, but it
lists the following:
admin
Administrator
All Users
All Users. WINDOWS
Cafe4
Cafe
CAFE FOUR
Default User
Default User.WINDOWS
LocalService
LocalService.NT AUTHORITY
NetworkService
NetworkService.NT AUTHORITY

The login screen only has logins for Administrator and Cafe 4.
I don't know where the others came from, or if it's OK to just delete
the whole things. Seems like I've done this before on a PC that had a
user named A. I deleted it and found out I deleted the customer (cafe)
account even though that account was still listed in Documents &
Settings. Weird...I'm a little confused as to what all this means.
Coincidentally, something is making this PC extremely slow, and it's
not a virus, spyware, lack of RAM, or anything else I can find as of
yet.

hi,

Usually when you have duplicats of an account, especially followed by
windows for example, the OS for some reason recreated the account. You can
probably safely delete the addition accounts and just keep the primary ones.
The Local Service, Network Service are default hidden system accounts, the
default user is also a standard template for making new accounts. The all
User holds the general stuff that is available to all accounts. The admin,
cafe4 and CAFE FOUR might have been made by one of your customers though.

You are looking at folders and paths, not users, some of the paths may
be the same actual locations and some are system folders and for use in
creating new users (default user) and settings that apply to all users
(all users). To see a real list of actual users right click My Computer,
select Manage, Users & Groups, Users.
