.tmp files and errors

My computer is constantly showing errors with different named .tmp files. It
asks if I want to report them. It also temporarily boots me out of any
program I am using. Does anyone know what is causing this, and how can I fix
it. Below is a couple of example file names.

ld7ef7.tmp
ld2d8b.tmp

Thank you for your time.

You have some sort of malware.

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Do the same for whatever anti-spyware applications that you have.

And delete all *.tmp files.
