Tivoli called restart on a cluster node

Here is my situation.

I have a two node cluster that runs multiple services
through the cluster admin.

I also have Tivoli monitoring these resources and if the
should go down we want to restart on the node they are
running on.

I've written a batch file that Tivoli calls which in turn
runs the appropriate cluster command.

Unfortunately I'm getting an Error 5 access denied.

I've granted full access to the Tivoli admin group but
stil can't get it to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dave,

I'm by no means an expert in this subject matter of Tivoli, but I'll try to
assist you to the best of my ability.
Have you tried using the same user account being used for the Cluster try
using it for Tivoli? Because the Tivoli Admin Group may need the same Local
Policy permissions as the Cluster Service account is using, see the
