Ok. I'm stumped.
I have a PC with two monitors (split screen).
Occassionally a program/window opens up on the secondary screen in a
position where the title bar is outside of the viewable screen.
I can right click on the program task on the StartMenu task bar and tell it
to mazimize. And that helps to a degree, but as soon as I say restore - the
window changes position too high on the screen again (where the title bar
would be several inches above the top of the screen).
The problem of course is I can't say move this window around, like to the
main monitor for example.
If I rightclick on the task on the StartMenu I can select Move - the mouse
cursor immediately repositions itself above the program's window and the
cursor changes to the arrow cross type cursor - but unless I can put that
mouse pointer on the title bar (which of course I can't because it's too
high), I am not able to move that window around.
I can redo the res on that second monitor or reposition it in relation to
the main monitor and that will fix me up just fine... for this program, but
then the problem arises with another program soon enough.
I just want to know if there's some way of fixing this without changing
monitor settings.
