Tip of the Day

I originally posted this in the wrong group so please don't take it as cross
posting.

I'm using Windows XP SP2. If I open Internet Explorer, click on Help and
then on Tip of the Day, the windows opens at the bottom of the page with a
black x on the left hand side, a globe with a ! 'and did you know ' and
nothing
else there except Next Tip in red on the right hand side.

Can anyone tell me how to restore Tip of the Day please?

Thanks Joe!-- something else I noticed after checking the "tip of the day"
on another XP computer we have in the house, is that the tip feature works,
but the SAME tips come up all the time, in the same order! I checked about
40 tips, and they come up over and over.
