Tiny text and pics, can't read anything

Since shortly after upgrading to IE8, all my webpages display minute text and
pics. I have adjusted the font size, changed every setting I could imagine
and reset everything to default settings with no effect. I then uninstalled
and reinstalled IE 8 and have the same issue. Any suggestions. I am running
XP on a netbook.

See if this helps: Tools/Internet Options/Advanced - uncheck - Enable
Visual Styles on Buttons.
