Time Stamps for Notes

Hello,

We are using Outlook 2k3 all patches and SPs on Exchange 2k3 all patches and
SPs. We'd like to get rid of Goldmine but one of the big features we using
in Goldmine is the automatic time stamps for all notes. E.g. I enter
received call from John Doe in John Does notes (in goldmine) it
automatically creates the note with a time stamp - so notes are more like a
database so we can do a search for all notes between a certain date. Not
sure if Business contact is required for this or if business contact even
does this. Do we need an add on product such as Business Contact and if we
do, would those notes be viewable using OWA?

Thanks

I installed Contact Manager and it seems to have the notes functions I need
but I'll have many questions about how it integrates with Exchange 2K3 and
some of the features. I can't find a forum for Business Contact Manager -
is there one?

So far I have the following questions

Can I search for all notes/activites between certain dates
Can I refine that to notes/activies for a specfic contact and or account

How much is viewable via OWA

Will BC info be synchable wirelessly on WM5 with Exchange 2k3 SP2 and MSFT?

How do I integrate it with Exchange 2k3 enterprise - We only need one
database or contact db for all our users.

there is a forum for BCM... outlook.bcm - look for it in the list of
newsgroups. Exchange does not "integrate" with BCM. You can use it with an
exchange account, but it does not offer any advantages over using it with
other types of accounts.
