Outlook 2007 (with BCM) slow when opening calendar items

I'm using Outlook 2007 (part of Office Small Business Edition) on Vista x64
ultimate. It was a clean install, not an upgrade. I copied over all my
Outlook items to a new 2007 PST.

The first time I open an existing calendar item or create a new one, Outlook
takes a minute or two before it opens/creates the item. Once opened its
fine, and other other items opened after that are fine too.

I wondered if this problem is something to do with Business Contact Manager.
I'm not using that yet, but I plan to.

Also, when I save calendar items I frequently get a small bubble message
which I don't understand the meaning of......

! Microsoft Office Outlook X
Cannot save free/busy information.

Other Outlook activities such as email, notes and tasks are fine.
Thanks for help.

For anyone interested, I uninstalled LiveSearch Map to remove the
integration to Outlook, and the symptoms I described before are gone.
