Time Stamp Changes When Published

When I used the Date/Time stamp feature on a page, it has the correct time on
my computer but when I publish to the Web it changes. I'm on the East Coast
of US and it changes to the West Coast time (3 hr difference). Cannot figure
it out.

Where is your host server located?

If your host located on the West Coast? If so, the page uses the time set
by the server.
